How to Initiate a Return
To be eligible for a return, you must first request pre-approval. Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA): Log in to your account at https://accounts.yarntopiadesigns.com to start your return, or contact our customer support team by emailing support@yarntopiadesigns.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Provide Order Details: Please have your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return ready to expedite your request.
- Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label: Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email so you can return your item at no cost to you.
Item Condition and Packaging
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be:
- In their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Free of any damage or signs of wear.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Non-returnable Items (Final Sale)
Please note that certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom Items: All sales of custom-made or personalized items are final.
- T-Shirt Sales: All t-shirt sales are final, except in the case of a major flaw or defect. If you believe your t-shirt has a major flaw, please follow the pre-approval process above. We will assess the item upon return and, if a major flaw is detected, a full refund will be issued.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
