Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We exclusively use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping all orders within the United States. This service offers affordable and reliable ground shipping with delivery typically in 2-5 business days.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes:
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, USPS Ground shipments usually take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the destination within the U.S.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the package’s weight and shipping zone (distance). We provide free standard shipping for all orders of $35.00 or more. For orders under $35.00, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only:
We ship exclusively within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items may take longer to process as they may be in the process of being made or restocked. Please allow additional time beyond the standard processing time for these items. Estimated shipping times for pre-orders will be indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Tracking and Notifications:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress. Tracking information is also available in your customer account for easy access at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS to resolve the issue.
